Recently, Associate Professor Lin Limei and her team from the College of Computer and Cyber Security published three papers on the research on the self-diagnosis theory of endogenous network security in the journal IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems (CCF A) recommended by China Computer Federation. The team develop a fast, low-complexity self-diagnosing strategy without prior knowledge in terms of global and local diagnosis in light of the endogenous security requirements of large-scale multiprocessor interconnected networks, propose general fault node self-adaptive diagnosis methods widely applied to different types of networks and design self-adaptive local diagnosis strategies to improve the self-diagnosing capability of networks.

In one of the results the team focus on designing a fast and low-complexity self-diagnosing strategy without prior knowledge by comparing diagnostic models at the system level for the self-diagnosis of endogenous security of large-scale multiprocessor interconnected networks. The work was published in the academic journal IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems (CCF A), titled “A Fast f(r,k+1)/k-Diagnosis for Interconnection Networks Under MM* Model”, with Huang Yanze, a postdoctoral student of FNU, as the first author, and Associate Professor Lin Limei as the corresponding author.
